Office of Economic and Tax Law with its registered office at ul. Krakowska 4 lok. U4/1 in Białystok has been providing legal services for over 11 years. Its founder is legal advisor Marek Krzysztof Wynimko - a practitioner with almost 30 years of experience gained while working at the Tax Chamber in Białystok, the Tax Control Office in Białystok and while running his individual law practice.

In addition, the Firm's team is made up of young lawyers with excellent substantive preparation for independent handling of cases in specific areas of law and with practice that enables them to provide professional legal advice, including ongoing legal services.

The firm currently provides comprehensive legal services public institutions, as well as entrepreneurs and companies operating in the fuel, construction, energy, automotive and manufacturing sectors. On 1 July 2015, procedural rights lawyers i solicitors have been equalised. This means that they can now provide the same procedural representation services, including acting as defence counsel in criminal proceedings. This amendment has led to the final obliteration of the differences in terms of powers between these professions.
